Mediterranean Veggie Patty
Serves 4
1 Package of Franklin Farms Mediterranean Style Veggie Burger, prepared
Mixed Greens
Thin Sliced Cucumber
Thin Sliced Tomatoes
Pickled Red Onions
Bun
Greek Topping
1\2 cup of kalamata olives, chopped
1\2 cucumber, dice
Small tomato, diced
Vegan Feta crumbles
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
For the Greek topping, combine all ingredients together and set aside. Cook the patty according to package directions. Build the burger by adding a small amount of mixed greens to the bottom bun followed by tomato, cucumber and pickled onions. Top with the patty followed by a few scoop of the Greek topping. Top with the other bun and enjoy!
