Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

1\2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1\2 Cup Franklin Farms Silken Tofu
1 Scoop Plant-Based Vanilla Protein Powder
2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup
1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice
1\2 Cup of Soymilk
Dairy Free Whipped Topping & Sprinkles (optional)
Combine first 6 ingredients in blender and blend till smooth. Adjust taste and texture by adding more ice, more soymilk or maple syrup.
Pour into cups and top with dairy free whipped topping & Sprinkles.
