Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

Serves 2

  • 1\2 Cup Pumpkin Puree

  • 1\2 Cup Franklin Farms Silken Tofu

  • 1 Scoop Plant-Based Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup

  • 1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • 1\2 Cup of Soymilk

  • Dairy Free Whipped Topping & Sprinkles (optional)

    Combine first 6 ingredients in blender and blend till smooth. Adjust taste and texture by adding more ice, more soymilk or maple syrup.
    Pour into cups and top with dairy free whipped topping & Sprinkles.
